Order Shipment: Please allow 24-48 hours for the production of your order before it is prepared and shipped. On average, shipping times range from 7-10 business days, excluding holidays. Tracking numbers will be updated as soon as your order is shipped. If you haven't received a tracking number after 5 business days, please email us at mtregaluniversal@gmail.com or call 231-333-8161.

Returns and Issues: If you encounter any issues, we offer a 100% money-back guarantee for defective or damaged products only. If you have concerns, please contact us. Mt. Regal will assess whether the item can be returned. Once approved, we will refund the full amount upon receiving the product. Please include your name and order number on the returned parcels.

Note: Refunds for packages in transit are processed upon their return.

Order Cancellation: You can cancel your order without any penalty as long as it hasn't shipped yet. If the item has already been sent, please use our easy return system to initiate a full refund.

Incorrect Address: If you've entered an incorrect address, please reply to your order confirmation email promptly to confirm the mistake. We can update your address before the order is shipped, as changes are not possible once shipped.
